Commercial transparency
Affiliate Disclosure
Some links or introductions may generate revenue for TalentAid. The rule is simple: a commercial relationship may fund the service, but it cannot rewrite the career path.

We explain what TalentAid does, what it does not do, and where you should verify an important decision with an official source.
Affiliate status does not move a program above a better-matching option.
Referral relationships are disclosed rather than disguised as independent recommendations.
Users should verify current admission, tuition and licensing details with the official source.
How TalentAid may earn
TalentAid may receive a referral fee, lead fee or other compensation when a user follows a clearly identified partner link, requests information or completes another disclosed referral action. An institution may also pay for a sponsored promotional placement.
A commercial relationship does not mean a user pays a higher price because they used TalentAid unless the partner independently states otherwise; users should always review the provider's current pricing and terms.
Recommendations are based on fit, not payment
Career and pathway recommendations should be based on the user's goal, location, pathway requirements and the verified information available to TalentAid. A sponsored or affiliated program does not automatically outrank a better-fitting non-affiliated option.
What TalentAid will not do
- Hide a verified licensing or admission requirement to make a partner program appear easier to enter.
- Present a paid placement as an official regulator requirement.
- Change government wage or outlook data because of a commercial relationship.
- Represent sponsorship as proof that a program guarantees employment, licensing or admission.
- Disguise display advertising as a pathway step or independent recommendation.
How paid relationships are identified
Promotional content should use plain labels such as “Sponsored,” “Advertisement,” “Partner” or another description that reasonably communicates the commercial nature of the placement. A link that may generate referral compensation should be presented in a context where users can understand that relationship.
Always verify with the source
Program availability, tuition, admission requirements, accreditation, professional recognition and application dates can change. TalentAid can help users find the route, but the institution, regulator, apprenticeship authority or certification body controls the current official requirement.
